Bigotry

Dogmatically judging a person, idea, Institution, technology, or any other creative output by attributes that have no bearing on its content, capabilities, ideas, merits, or choices.

Bigotry substitutes surface-level categorization for genuine Criticism. It evaluates by irrelevant criteria rather than engaging with the substance of what is being judged.
